Nago Lands LLC, buys and sells real property for its own account. We are not a licensed real estate broker and we do not act as anyone's agent. See the Land Disclaimer for the full statement.

No offer, no contract

Listings, prices, financing terms, and other content on this site are informational and may be changed or withdrawn at any time without notice. Nothing on this site is a binding offer to sell or to extend credit, and no communication through the site creates a contract. A purchase is binding only upon a written agreement signed by both parties.

Use of the site

You agree not to:

• Scrape, harvest, or bulk-copy listings, photographs, or content.
• Submit false information or another person's contact details through any form.
• Interfere with the site's operation, probe it for vulnerabilities, or attempt to access non-public areas.
• Use the site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of fair housing law.

Good-faith security research reported privately to contacts@nagolands.comis welcome, and we will not pursue you for it.

Content and ownership

Text, photographs, maps, and design on this site are owned by Nago Lands LLC or used with permission, and are protected by copyright. You may view, download, and print pages for your own non-commercial use in evaluating a purchase. Any other reproduction or redistribution requires written permission. Our name and logo may not be used without permission.

Anything you send us that is not personal information — questions, suggestions, feedback — we may use without restriction or compensation.

Links to county records, mapping services, and other outside resources are provided for convenience. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or accuracy.

Disclaimer of warranties

The site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Limitation of liability
